Tampere Supercross

Tampere Supercross will be contested for the 12th time. A large group of hungry supercross riders will arrive to battle for victory on both Friday and Saturday nights, as well as for bragging rights in Tampere. Attractive cash prizes are drawing competitors from multiple countries to take part in the event!

In addition to Finland’s top supercross and motocross riders, the fiery finals of Tampere Supercross will feature a high-caliber lineup of international challengers. Attracted by a substantial cash prize, several familiar fan favorites will once again line up at the starting gate.

A visually spectacular supercross track—unlike anything previously seen in Finland—delivers nothing but the best for both riders and spectators. More than 4,000 cubic meters of soil are shaped by professionals into a true battleground, launching riders in massive jumps nearly up to the roof. Technically demanding rhythm sections ensure that these supercross gladiators get not a single moment of rest once the gate drops.

On both nights of competition, separate final races will be held, with riders qualifying based on the results of the heats. In addition, on Saturday night, the Tampere Dominator will be crowned—the best overall rider of the entire weekend.

ELIMINATION race

The action in Tampere isn’t limited to the supercross starts alone—the limits are pushed even during the intermissions. As a new addition this year, Tampere will feature the Elimination Race, where riders are knocked out of the competition one by one until a winner is decided.

SUPERPOLE

For the first time in Tampere, the Superpole competition will also be featured, where riders take to the track one by one for a timed qualifying lap. The fastest rider takes home the prize money.
